Microscopy Datasets

We are currently testing tools for sharing and viewing large microscopy datasets by publishing this curated selection of microscopy timeseries.

When you launch a dataset, you will initially be shown a low-resolution version of all wells imaged in the experiment. Clicking on an individual well will open the full-resolution dataset for that well. Some wells will require you to adjust the exposure of the channels (using the sliders on the left) in order to see detail in the image.
